A vibrant and textural Pinot Noir from the cool climate region of Orange, NSW.
Tasting Note: Fresh raspberry, pomegranate, ripe persimmon and rosehip jelly aromatics. Structured acidity, furry tannins, lingering dark chocolate with a hint of aniseed.
Winemaking: Open tank ferment, hand plunged and left to soak on skins for twenty-one days. Matured in old French oak barriques for sixteen months and a further six months naturally settling in tank (unfiltered and unfined), racked and bottled.
