Winemaking note: Grown at 860 metres above sea level on the slopes of Gaanha Bula (Mt Canobolas). Whole berry, co-variety fermentation. Pressed and racked to three year old French oak barriques and matured for twelve months. Naturally settled in the cold Orange Winter before being racked then bottled.
