This multi clonal Pinot Gris offers tropically fragrant passionfruit, lime blossoms & rockmelon. A textual palate bursting with preserved lemon, mandarin & hints of honey. A lingering finish with tickles of ginger.
Natural colour from the pinkish Pinot Gris skin and unfiltered. Only 1275 bottles produced.
