Tasting note: Maraschino cherries and dark chocolate entices the senses. Intense and smooth, the palate is treated to an array of juicy mulberries, sarsaparilla and white pepper. A beautiful example of cool climate Shiraz.
Winemaking note: Whole berry fermentation in open vessels. Plunged twice a day until dry. Pressed and matured in neutral French oak for twelve months. Blended to tank with 8% argonic macerated Merlot. Settled, racked and bottled.
