A structured and textural Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Orange, NSW.
Tasting Note: Aromas of nectarine, grapefruit and roasted hazelnut. A moorish mouthful of quince and lemon zest with a creamy nougat finish.
Wine Making: Grown at 860 metres altitude on the slopes of Gaanha Bula (Mt Canobolas, NSW). Barrel fermented in re-coopered and aged French oak Hogsheads. Matured for 12 months with full malolactic fermentation and receiving regular bâtonnage. Naturally settled in tank prior to bottling.

50% 2nd year French oak (a reconditioned Hogshead by Pierreoak). 50% old French oak.
